Why are clients required to have a skin consultation before booking treatments?

The client is required to have a skin consultation to ensure that the provider is able to meet their expectations. A skin consultation is also a good measure to ensure that the client and esthetician are compatible. 

Are there any refunds/exchanges/returns on products/services?

Anaira Skin Rx does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on any products or services.  Once an order has been received or has left the clinic it cannot be returned. Credits cannot be applied to any physical products or any upcoming services.

What is the policy for no call/no shows for skin consultations?

The client must have a card on file when booking a In- clinic and virtual skin consultations. A fee of $50 will be charged to the client's card, if there is a no call no show. To avoid no call/no shows, please adhere to the reschedule/cancellation policy

Running late for your appointment?

A 10 minute grace period is allowed when running behind. It is recommended to make a courtesy call, even when running late during the grace period, this notifies your service provider, so that accommodations could possibly be made for the appointment. There is a possibility that after the 10 minute grace period, the appointment may be asked to be rescheduled, to honor the following client's appointment.
